Please find outlined below what is, at minimum, absolutely required and necessary for a full Compliance package in order to facilitate the transaction being requested under the “Know Your Client“ Rule which governs all Law Firms worldwide. No exceptions to this Rule is allowed.

1. A clear copy of the front of each of the Bonds; and

2. A clear copy of the back of each of the bonds; and

3. If multiple Bonds, a list of serial numbers of same bond issue (ie. 10 x 1908 Blueberry Bonds); and

4. History of the Bonds Statement; and

5. Initial Letter Of Interest; and

6. Client Information Summary (completely filled out with personal & corporate Tax Id numbers); and

7. Color Passport Copy; and

8. Non-Solicitation Letter; and

9. Affidavit of Ownership; and

10. Authorization To Verify & Authenticate; and

11. Corporate Resolution (identifying Officer, position & authority to execute contracts); and

12. Letter of Exclusivity; and

13. Copy of any authentication documents, plus any & all other support documents.

14. Memo or letter identifying each bond and its proposed sales price per bond.

15. PASS-CO Authentication Report (or) Perito Authentication Report
